第十届可靠性工程国际会议 (ICRE 2026)在杭州举行
The 10th International Conference on Reliability Engineering Held in Hangzhou

2026 年 7 月 19 日至 21 日,第十届可靠性工程国际会议(ICRE 2026)在杭州举行。作为可靠性工程领域的重要国际学术会议,ICRE 系列会议此前已连续九届在意大利罗马、米兰等城市举办。适逢会议创办十周年,ICRE 首次在中国举办,吸引了来自 15 个国家和地区高校、科研机构及企业的 300 余名专家学者、行业代表和青年学生参会,共同交流可靠性工程领域研究进展与发展趋势。

From July 19 to 21, 2026, the 10th International Conference on Reliability Engineering (ICRE 2026) was held in Hangzhou, China. As a key international academic conference in the field of reliability engineering, the ICRE series has been successfully organized for nine consecutive editions in Italian cities including Rome and Milan. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, ICRE was held in China for the first time, attracting more than 300 experts, scholars, industry representatives and young students from universities, research institutions and enterprises across 15 countries and regions to exchange the latest research advances and development trends in reliability engineering.

出版 / 检索 (Publication & Indexing): 大会论文经过同行评审、注册和正式报告后,将收录于 IEEE 出版的 ICRE 2026 会议论文集,并提交 IEEE Xplore、EI Compendex 和 Scopus 等数据库检索。
After peer review, registration and formal presentation, accepted papers will be included in the ICRE 2026 Conference Proceedings published by IEEE and submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus.

会议规模与学术成果 (Scale & Outcomes): 本届大会围绕"面向可持续未来的可靠性工程:从经典可靠性到智能韧性系统"主题,面向全球开展论文、专题分会和学术报告征集。共录用论文 188 篇,长摘要 30 篇,最终形成 24 个专题分会方向,安排 219 项论文及摘要报告,共 26 个论文交流分会场。
Centered on the theme "Reliability Engineering for a Sustainable Future: From Classical Reliability to Intelligent, Resilient Systems", the conference received global submissions of papers, special-session proposals and talks. In total, 188 full papers and 30 long abstracts were accepted, forming 24 special-session tracks, with 219 paper/abstract presentations scheduled across 26 parallel sessions.

大会开幕式 (Opening Ceremony · July 20, 2026): 由北京航空航天大学 李晓阳教授 主持。大会主席、意大利米兰理工大学 Enrico Zio 教授(IEEE Fellow)致开幕辞,指出 AI、数字孪生、大数据分析等新兴技术为可靠性工程带来新机遇与挑战;北京航空航天大学 康锐教授 代表组委会致欢迎辞,期待与会专家围绕学科前沿深入交流,推动可靠性工程理论研究与工程实践的协同发展。
The opening ceremony on July 20 was moderated by Prof. Xiaoyang Li, Beihang University. Prof. Enrico Zio (IEEE Fellow), General Chair and Politecnico di Milano, delivered the opening address, noting the new opportunities and challenges brought by AI, digital twins and big-data analytics to reliability engineering. Prof. Rui Kang, Beihang University, gave the welcome speech on behalf of the Organizing Committee, looking forward to in-depth exchanges at the frontier and collaborative progress of reliability theory and engineering practice.

专题交流与优秀论文 (Special Sessions & Best Paper Awards): 清华大学李彦夫教授、法国巴黎萨克雷大学曾志国教授、清华大学张勤教授、上海交通大学陈宏田副教授、北京科技大学杨乐昌教授等专家作专题报告。大会设置特邀报告、线上线下口头报告、专题研讨会及海报展示等多个交流环节。经专家评议,评选出 最佳论文奖 3 篇最佳学生论文奖 4 篇
Invited talks and parallel sessions featured keynote contributions from Prof. Yanfu Li (Tsinghua), Prof. Zhiguo Zeng (Paris-Saclay), Prof. Qin Zhang (Tsinghua), Dr. Hongtian Chen (SJTU), Prof. Lechang Yang (USTB), among others. Besides keynote and special-session talks, the conference hosted invited talks, on-line/offline oral presentations, workshops and poster sessions. Expert evaluation resulted in 3 Best Paper Awards and 4 Best Student Paper Awards.

确信可靠性专题活动 (Belief Reliability Thematic Event · July 19): 大会前夕举办"美好的可靠性——2026为民可靠茶话会(杭州站)暨确信可靠性专题活动",围绕确信可靠性理论及其工程应用搭建学界、央企研究院、头部科技企业、装备制造厂商、可靠性服务商互通交流的专业平台。活动期间发布了 《美好的可靠性:确信可靠性图谱》
On the eve of the conference (July 19), the "Beautiful Reliability · 2026 Weimin Reliability Tea Salon (Hangzhou Station) & Belief Reliability Thematic Event" was jointly organized by Shenzhen Weimin Reliability Systems Engineering Institute, BUAA Belief Reliability Center, and the Smart Civil Aviation Innovation Center of BUAA Hangzhou International Innovation Institute. The event built a professional exchange platform among academia, SOE research institutes, leading tech enterprises, equipment manufacturers and reliability service providers, during which the "Beautiful Reliability: Belief Reliability Atlas" was officially released.

相约 ICRE 2027 (Next Conference): 第十一届可靠性工程国际会议(ICRE 2027)将由 哈尔滨工业大学 主办。
The Organizing Committee announced that the 11th International Conference on Reliability Engineering (ICRE 2027) will be hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology, China.
